Hello guys, I know there already so many post about building the Ricmotech RS1 DIY simrig, but i guess i should also post my build just to share with you the fun of creating your own rig! Done with the MDF pattern after a lot of sweat and some Balinese sculpture technic rounding the edges. It's look like this rig is designed to make a driving position close to the floor like f1 maybe?? Frank Rico around 5 May , and about 2 week or faster the plan arrive. For the paint job, this weekend i'm planning to take it to a paint workshop near my house, i think it would be more money saving cause after i do some research in hardware and paint shop the price of a can of mdf primer is quite expensive. I have to agree with you, a DIY Rig is so much better than most of the commercial ones when it comes to wiggle and flex

I realize there so many MDF left because i bought the large size of MDF which is the only size available in where i liveso i decided to use the rest of the MDF for building the floor deck with some modification.
In first i was making that gap for cable but then i change my mind, the cable could go somewhere else, and that gap is just making my tv mounting panel weaker. Sounds like you are having fun building it too. Done with the MDF pattern after a lot of sweat and some Balinese sculpture technic rounding the edges. This is how its look like with the seat and wheel, still plenty room under the wheel to not touch my knee. Start screwing the deck according to the pattern.

Flaz Excellent job on the simrig, especially for using a manual saw. If not what other invisible joints can we use. Looks really good, can't wait to see it painted. Wonder how this would lend itself to biscuit joints so you siy have to see pans screws. Sign in with Twitter. This is my friend who helped me the whole process, and some beer offcourse. Actually it's not that really neat if you take a close look. And what do you know, MDF is rock-solid!
That's it for now, need to paint and buy some kind of bass shaker to complete my rig. Just open the picture link in new tab to see whole size, if you interested offcourse.
