I try to sleep at least three to four hours every night, if possible, take vitamin pills, and I drink a lot of water and green tea. Kudos to him for doing that, and I wish him all the best. Following on from that, I took extra measures to avoid jet lag by renting an apartment in Berlin, meaning that if I had gigs on successive weekends in Europe, which is very common due to festival season and Ibiza in the summer, then a short flight to Berlin—as opposed to a longer one to Miami—would become quite beneficial.
